About the event

Welcome to our community's series of evening learning 'salons,' based on the 16th century European learning forums.

*Please note that salon events are ONLY open to members of the Friendshift Inner Circle. If you'd like to find out more about joining the Inner Circle, please visit for more!*

Evening salons are something I've wanted to do for ages, inspired by the amazing conversations that often happen organically at the end of the courses and workshops I run (the magic of having so many interesting, engaged people in one place!) Salons historically were spaces for women to gather and learn - each week, my idea is that we'll get together for an evening of juicy conversation as we explore real-life friendship intricacies and dilemmas, working out what we can take back usefully to our own lives while giving each other a bit of support and guidance along the way. Some live coaching, and lots of D&Ms (deep and meaningful chats!) in a rich, healing environment. No pressure to share more than you're comfortable with, just bring what you're able to bring to the group. 8pm to give those who work a chance to get home, have some food, and wind down a little.

Your Facilitator

Hannah Carmichael OBE is a yoga-loving mum-of-one with a coffee addiction, and founder of Friendshift Coaching. As a reformed 'awkward type,' Hannah loves nothing more than to see those she works with find the confidence to be their authentic selves, while building vibrant, wholehearted connections into their lives. Hannah's first book, 'Why Am I Making All The Effort? Seven Steps to Fix One-Sided Friendships and Feel Seen, Valued and Supported' is out soon!
