Since 2018, I've been helping thoughtful, independent types aged 30+ create 'friendshifts' in their lives - finding purpose and fulfilment outside (or alongside) romantic relationships, building vibrant, wholehearted connections with friends and family, and redefining what it means to truly belong.

Hi, I'm Hannah - yoga-loving solo mum, life coach & ADHD-er with a serious coffee addiction! I work with caring, authentic, thoughtful people just like you to build wholehearted lives brimming with love, purpose and deep connection - even without a romantic relationship at the centre.

I know that it’s possible to go from feeling flat, disconnected and directionless, to living a meaningful and deeply connected life. How? Because I've done it! Now I'm on a mission to help you do the same. My direct, insightful, compassionate approach helps people to weed out tired, low energy friendships that aren't giving them what they need, and to cultivate deep, meaningful, supportive, joyful connections instead! Getting there will take commitment, openness and courage. Commitment to self-reflection and introspection. Openness to undoing old habits, and learning / practicing new skills. And the courage to be vulnerable, and to keep persevering, even when it feels uncomfortable. I 100% believe that with these things, anyone can build better friendships!
